Order Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, and/or fax will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to impose a $15.00 dollar charge to cover any subsequent administrative and re-stocking expenses.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide tracking to all customers upon request. If the customer disputed delivery, we will provide proper delivery tracking information to Customer. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to 3 Generations of Magic for an exchange of damaged items. If the delivery tracking states delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will accept this tracking as final proof of delivery. This applies even in the event the customer did not sign for the package. If address provided is PO Box, The item will be shipped by U.S. Mail without tracking. Customer takes full responsibility for delivery. We highly recommend only shipping to a physical address. If items are damaged along shipment, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to 3 Generations of Magic for an exchange of damaged items.
Shipping Errors
Customer must notify us within 7 days of any shipping errors and we will work through how to correct such error. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information. If the product was shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for shipping costs and the full cost of the items shipped.
Shipping and Delivery Charge is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping.Standard Priority Overnight International Package arrives 5 to 7 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST). Package arrives 2 to 3 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (PST). Package arrives the next business day if ordered before 12:00 noon (PST). Order should arrive 3-9 business days after processing. Flat rate does not include duties and taxes. Sales Tax
3 Generations of Magic charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
Once Customer checks out from the shopping cart, Customer accepts & honors the Shipping and Returns Policy Terms and Conditions.
3generationsofmagic.com accepts the return of unopened items (with all seals intact) (washed and worn items will not be accepted) that were purchased and fulfilled through the 3generationsofmagic.com website only. Items must be received by/delivered to 3generationsofmagic.com within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. Customers will be refunded the cost of the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping and handling fees. An additional administration fee of 15% will be levied on the original invoice amount. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs required to return items to 3generationsofmagic.com. In circumstances where an order error was made by 3generationsofmagic.com, such as dispatching an incorrect or faulty item, a full refund of the item cost plus shipping and handling costs to return these items will be covered by 3generationsofmagic.com.
Refunds will not be issued with regards to: Items returned to 3generationsofmagic.com after the fourteen (14) days return period, items which have been opened, marked, damaged and/or with any broken seals or in any way making them unfit for resale, items purchased through other online or other retailers (not 3generationsofmagic.com). Books are not returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging/containers.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
Customers whose returns meet the guidelines outlined above will receive a refund of the cost of returned items less a 15% administration fee, calculated on the original amount invoiced. The customer is responsible for return shipping and return shipping costs to 3generationsofmagic.com. Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Customers will be refunded in a similar fashion in which payment was originally received, when doing their purchase of the returned items.
Contact customerservice@3generationsofmagic.com for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Once you receive authorization, place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package with instruction to proceed with the exchange or refund.Please ensure that you submit your original order information.

The Website reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site.
